Wonderful place to stay I have a large living room. I have a big bedroom with large closet. I have a large bathroom with big shower, toilet and washer/dryer. I have a nice kitchen with nice stove, nice sink, refrigerator/freezer, pantry and plenty cupboard space. It is a wonderful place to live in.
Highly recommend I was a roommate for 8 months with someone in an efficiency unit and we had zero issues in the unit. Building 696. We didn’t have any issues with pests, noise, crime, etc. I know have my own apartment in the middle of the property and it’s also very quiet. The neighbors are very respectful. I’d recommend this place for anyone who is seeking some where safe and where the maintenance team in awesome along with Anai in the leasing office. Yes; the apartments are old. Great Place to Live Such a great place to call home! I've lived here with my family for over 6 years and love it! The gym is 24 hours a day and the maintenance and management team have always been very quick to respond to any issues!

11/10 recommend We've been living in our apartment for a little over a month now, and everything has been amazing! Usually you expect to have to wait for responses from the office staff or maintenance, etc. But this has been the best experience in an apartment that I've ever had. Every issue that we've had, we've communicated with Brittnii in the office, and everything has been taken care of.
Very accommodating staff The staff here from the manager on down to the third party lawn mowing team is as accommodating as one could ask for. The entire staff makes you feel like your needs are top priority no matter how trivial the request actually is. They all pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. Overbearing owners that do not communicate I've lived here for a while with no issue but over the last couple of years It has gotten worse. I've been stopped in the middle of the night in my own apartment complex walking to the mailbox by police officers to ask where I am headed. Frankly it is none of their business what I'm doing in my own apartment complex. The maintenance team is really awesome here. They take care of what you need so that's a nice little plus. Awesome place to live I have lived at Villa De Mar for 1 year and Absolutely love it! The ladies in the Office are always friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. When I moved into my apartment it was absolutely perfect! You can tell maintenance pays attention to detail and cares what the apartments like. If I call in a maintenance request they are on top of it! I Love how close we are to shopping and the Villa always is having a food truck here and other activities!

Best of Hot Springs This is the best apartment complex to live in in Hot Springs! I would know because my husband and I have lived here for 5 years! Jamie, Savannah, and Anthony are the best team. They are quick to help in any way possible and really care about their residents. We have always had any issue within our unit fixed within a short amount of time.
