terrible absolutely terrible. they are not friendly and not helpful. give wrong information and absolutely hate their renters. maybe someday they will raise prices so much we can put them out of business.
Changing people utilities on top of rent, in an apartment complex isn’t right.
Worst management company ever!!!!!! They are biased, rude, and the harass and bully you every chance they get.
Absolutely horrible company to rent from. Don't walk, RUN away from these people! My daughter and I enjoyed living at New Heritage Apartments in Albany for years before they took over the complex. Since then, the rent has gone up 15%, and the string of ridiculous new rules and continual postings on our door is beyond fathomable.
