As I saw Dr. Nikki and her staff and they made my experience much more comfortable this time and she explained all information to me regarding procedures. I could not have been more pleased by the entire staff. the treatment that I was given was excellent. Dr. Ralston was wonderful and ensured that I was aware of each step of my treatment.
Dr. Cole and LPN Cindy performed my procedure, and they each made me feel SO at ease. Cindy brought me crackers and water to help with any jitters that the local anesthesia may cause, and we talked about everything from church to plastic surgery to movies. I have a bad needle phobia and Cindy kept me calm while having to inject about 10 times to numb my leg. And Dr. Cole used the hyfrecator to quickly burn off a small place on my nose for aesthetic purposes (as well as cutting/stitching a bigger place on my leg). Overall a g... read more
Dr. Cole is excellent and so personalized in her treatment of each patient. The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome.
My granddaughter had an appointment with Nikki Dean last week. A biopsy had to be taken and she was really nervous. Nikki and the nurse Melissa went out of their way to make her feel more comfortable and even though it was a simple procedure, they were just so patient with her. Melissa stayed with us the entire time and her professional courtesy was amazing. We fell in love with her!
