Scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday to get a mole removed from my daughter. She was young and nervous anyway. The office called and confirmed the appointment and procedure. When we got there Ms. Cole told us there was a mistake and she didn't do procedures on Tuesdays. We explained that we had taken off work and school for this. She just said sorry for the mistake but you'll have to reschedule for another day. What the heck. I was really nervous about my skin cancer surgery and they were so nice and made the whole thing as easy as possible. Very nice staff and doctor!!
The spa at Dalton Dermatology is superb. The ambiance is very relaxing and Lorie Sellers is very knowledgeable about her craft. The products used are organic and of the highest quality.
