If you get to select your appraiser, select a different appraiser other than dalton. The man is unprofessional in his communications and has to do the same job twice due to a lack of ability to clearly articulate information in a written product/assessment. You’ve been informed.

The owner of Dalton Appraisal came to do our appraisal. He said it would take about 30 minutes. After 60 minutes he was still outside measuring for the 3rd and 4th time. We had to many corners in our house for him to put a plot layout together. He then got mad at his own stupidity and became demanding and unprofessional. I then fired him and told the VA lender that he needed a new appraiser.
