My virtual design appointment with Rachel in the Chicago Daltile Design Studio was super efficient, productive and fun. Rachel quickly and accurately assessed the direction I was heading in. Best of all she offered several great ideas for floor, shower and accent tiles that I had not considered. I'm inspired and much more confident that my bathroom design will turn out well.
Wow! Excellent customer service, especially since I only had a small question and wasn't sure if I’d be buying from them. Rachel went out of her way to help and even offered to connect me with Kohler once I decided on the faucets I’d be getting. I'm definitely going back!
Excellent quality tile! Visiting the showroom is essential to make the proper choices for your space. I took a sample home and decided it was too light and went with a darker color. Everyone is so helpful!
