We are using Daltile tiles for flooring and baths in our new-build home in Florida. I contacted the Chicago Design Studio, and they were so helpful in quickly sending me color samples--and at no charge! Excellent customer service. I can't wait to see the finished project.
My virtual design appointment with Rachel in the Chicago Daltile Design Studio was super efficient, productive and fun. Rachel quickly and accurately assessed the direction I was heading in. Best of all she offered several great ideas for floor, shower and accent tiles that I had not considered. I'm inspired and much more confident that my bathroom design will turn out well.
Wow! Excellent customer service, especially since I only had a small question and wasn't sure if I’d be buying from them. Rachel went out of her way to help and even offered to connect me with Kohler once I decided on the faucets I’d be getting. I'm definitely going back!
Excellent quality tile! Visiting the showroom is essential to make the proper choices for your space. I took a sample home and decided it was too light and went with a darker color. Everyone is so helpful!
Excellent!
