Went there once, saw the "must have an appointment" sign as I walked in, so I just quietly looked at the display tiles since I was already there. Once I found some of interest, I sat at an empty table for a minute to look up a QR code they had on a tile I liked. As I was quietly (and I thought quickly) pulling up the tile info., the lady that was there helping a couple (whom I imagine had an appointment for her time) came over and asked if I needed anything.
