My tile contractor ordered my tile from daltile. Initially the invoice had the wrong color but I corrected that and it was passed onto Daltile. Unfortunately a mistake got made and the wrong tile was delivered, easy enough to happen. Daltile reached out the sales rep and realized it was their mistake and they owned it to the point of going to get the tile at one of there warehouses two hours away in order to make it right and keep my job on schedule.
