I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. While they did provide samples as requested, when I asked for a bag, I was told they didn’t have any available. However, another employee later gave us the bag without any issue, which made me feel like I had been lied to. The lack of honesty and helpfulness from the first employee was frustrating and left a bad impression.
