both of my techs worked very hard to restore the carpets in my rental property to as close to new status as was possible. they kept me informed on what they were doing and ask for my input. The arrived at the property before even i could get there. it was an overall great experience and i plan to use them in my own home as well.
Daltex Carpet Cleaning provided me with several options on how they could proceed with clean-up on the emergency water leak in my home. They made time out of their busy schedule to come help someone in distress. Edwin Guzman, Christopher and Alex did a superior job in extracting the water damage and cleaning my carpets. Great Service! We, Dallas maids, use DalTex if one of our customers request carpet cleaning. We have never had a complaint. In fact, all of our customers have been thoroughly happy with the service. One time we had a customer whose carpet was so bad, his apartment was convinced they would have to replace it. They were able to save the carpet, and thus our customer a huge bill.
Arrived on time willing to explain any and all questions I was "very" pleased would definitely refer the business.
