Being A Long Time Tenant (10 + years) I Can Say This Building Has Seen It All. The Good The Bad & The Unimaginable! Over The Past 1-2 Years I Can Say Dalt Hotel Has Improved Under New Management But Always Room Improvement! I Appreciate The Space TNDC provides and the staff make it the best they can with the population they serve and lack of help in services support. Not a safe location.. mice problems bad plumbing. Elevators always out laundry area no dryers work takes the money washer don't work never clean clothes. Inside smells horrible sometimes hard to breathe inside cameras don't work for safety #1 good thing better than the street or shelters cause you have your own room space
Does the dot hotel have sinks in the room
I stayed there for about a year, never had a problem. Recommended. Some arguments in the building were less than harmonious though.
I believe in a safe and secure place and this is it. The Dalt Hotel had house me for 12yrs now .thank you for helping me.The staff is great too.i recommended this place for others.TNDC thank you
