I ordered a pair of "Blue Blockers" glasses off amazon and it showed up with one of the "nose pads" not screwed into the frame. I emailed the company asking for a screw and they told me I would have to send the glasses back in order to get a new one. (3 weeks) I walked into this shop, without an appointment and they attached it back on in less than 10 min. Only charged me $10 for it to. I paid in cash and they accepted it. Very friendly and professorial.
I been coming here sense I was a kid and need glasses and they remember me I really like my eye doctor Dr Lisa she remember things I don’t even recall mentioning. Michelle is nice she help me pick out glasses that looks nice on me I normally get 2 pair of glasses but now sense they don’t service HIGHMARK I had to switch to UPMC for U I only get one pair now and they are pretty nice no complaints.. Michelle is so sweet. My husband and I got into a major car wreck, and our glasses were in bad shape. She fixed them up for free and was so kind and empathetic. We have never been here before, just randomly called, and she said "come on in!". I hope to come back in the future, she was a sweetie!
Today I want to talk about the wonderful Customer Service, I received at Dalmo. I am a US Navy Retired (24 years) E-8. I was frantically, looking for a glass repair Store it was very late. I saw that Dalmo Optical closed at 7:00 pm so I followed the GPS and went in. From the moment I arrive everyone was extremely pleasant. Women at the front desk are informative and helped speed along the process of getting my new glasses. Fairly affordable, but a tad hut on the pricey side. Will be going back next year with my family.
