Michelle is so sweet. My husband and I got into a major car wreck, and our glasses were in bad shape. She fixed them up for free and was so kind and empathetic. We have never been here before, just randomly called, and she said "come on in!". I hope to come back in the future, she was a sweetie!
Today I want to talk about the wonderful Customer Service, I received at Dalmo. I am a US Navy Retired (24 years) E-8. I was frantically, looking for a glass repair Store it was very late. I saw that Dalmo Optical closed at 7:00 pm so I followed the GPS and went in. From the moment I arrive everyone was extremely pleasant. Women at the front desk are informative and helped speed along the process of getting my new glasses. Fairly affordable, but a tad hut on the pricey side. Will be going back next year with my family.
Very nice staff from the optomologist to the representatives in the front , experience was easy, the eye exam and my concerns eye dr answered ,and to pick out glasses , I just picked them up , lovely tint to match the frame , I loved the entire time , I do highly recommend dalmo optical, I give them a 10
I been coming here sense u was a kid and need glasses and they remember me I really like my eye doctor Dr Lisa she remember things I don’t even recall mentioning the staff is nice they help me pick out glasses that looks nice on me I normally get 2 pair of glasses but now sense they don’t service HIGHMARK I had to switch to UPMC for U I only get one pair now and they are pretty nice no complaints..
