Let mes 1st start by saying I rarely give 5* ratings for anything, unless deserved and Kevin Burkett, Service Director at Dallva Motors gave over the top service. I went in for an oil cooler install and fluid change. I experienced an emergency where my ride was in an accident and I couldn't get to him. He drove my vehicle to me, so that I could get over to address the emergency after hours. On top of that, I know he personally worked on the phone for 2 hours to get the install correct, beforehand.
