I went into the Dallas Vet Center yesterday hoping to find support outside of myself. I ended up just telling my life story and left feeling the same way I did walking in—unsupported and emotionally drained. The staff was kind, but the session didn’t offer anything I wasn’t already doing on my own. We simply went over a plan I had already set for myself. They have a doctor there that truly saved my life. She is an incredible doctor that’s willing to listen and put in just as much hard work as you are. If you suffer from service connected ptsd seek Dr Lewis. She has the ability to bring you back if you do the work yourself with her by yourside.
