No paperwork needed besides drivers license if you complete the FastPass. Whole experience was great. The employees were very friendly & professional. Entire process took 55 minutes. We made sure to clean our vehicle very well prior to arriving.
Customer service at this location is extremely poor. Several staff members demonstrate unprofessional behavior and speak to customers inappropriately. More attention is needed during the hiring and training process to ensure employees understand the professionalism required in a customer-facing role. As Soldiers, we rely on your services and expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Customer service should always reflect professionalism, respect, and dignity toward everyone.
I picked up my car here. This was way easier than I expected.
Easy service. Everything went perfectly except that the outside and inside of my vehicle was dirty. That only makes me frustrated because of how strict they are with cleanliness when sending out a vehicle. Outside scuffs from imperfect washing is understandable but returning to my car with random water stains, slight damage,tape residue and dirt in the inside? Maybe I'm just annoyed cause I've been cleaning and paint correcting my vehicle for a few hours. Other than that, the process was very smooth.
