Went in expecting government efficiency and was surprised with a 2 minute wait time. Staff were all very pleasant as well.
We had a great experience this morning. Everyone was really nice. We did the fast track paperwork beforehand and it made the process really easy. They even had a really nice refreshment station which was nice when youre worn out from a long drive. Thank you for making this stress free ✨️
Damaged my mk4 Supra (out all the vehicles that could get damaged right?) offered me 500$ for the damage smh multiple body shops quoted me 3k for the bumper damage (multiple scratches paint peel and structural damage) that occurred in their possession. Pretty sad they do active duty like that. Spent 8k on the paint job alone Nov 2024 .
I have used this service multiple times over the years and never had any issues or filed a claim before. The pickup process was smooth, and Stephanie provided excellent customer service. She was professional, answered all of my questions, and made the experience easy.
