This medical facility is characterized by extreme unpleasantness and rudeness, rendering it one of the most deplorable hospitals in the United States. Veteran Doug Collins deserves better treatment than what is received at the Dallas VA. The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Jun 5th 2025, I went to the eligibility office to get a new vhic. I approached the counter to sign in to get photo taken. The woman took my DOD ID, asked for last 4, told me to take a seat. There were about 3 other males that were before me for the photo. I sat & waited for my name to be called while others were being helped. I seen that all 3 males had their picture taken, and I waited, waited for my name to be called. Another male who came in after me and signed for new ID, was called in to have photo taken.
