Nickel and Dimed the whole way. This feels like a scam not a medical practice. They seem to want to treat the wallet instead of your sleep apnea above everything else. I had to pay $25 over the phone to secure the first appointment and then each part of their service has a separate co-pay. Office visit, X-Ray, and Sleep Study are all billed separately so you've got 3 specialist copays here on your first visit. I called 24 hours in advance to move my second appointment and I was asked to pay another $25 reservation fee. ... read more
Stay away, this seems to be all about the money. Went for the first appointment, had to wait forever for Dr K**** to pretty much ask again everything I already provided through the never-ending forms. The home study was offered as an alternative, which I took because it was convenient (copay also required for that). Had to pay again for a 10m scheduled phone call with the results (after being put on-hold, of course), and I was told that they cannot provide the prescription without another study (of course they never mentione... read more

Had you visited and read our website, you would be familiar with our 5-Step Program for Snoring & Sleep Apnea. Everything is spelled out clearly there. Always helpful with issues and appointments are easy breezy. They go over your results in layman’s terms that are easy to understand and make recommendations on how to improve sleep. Staff is always polite and friendly.
The doctor explains things very clearly, and has really good patient care.
