PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I had schedule an appointment for 1pm when i got there the inspector was not there and i had called before the inspection that I was going to attend the inspection. The inspector Doug had went his way and did the inspection 3 hours early which I was not there to see what he inspected. I tried to get my refund back but the owner Matthew said he can only give me $50 back I PAID $440. He then schedule the inspector to go back to the property which he came 3 hours later (5:30). Extremely knowledgeable in home inspection service. He did a very thorough inspection and provided expert insight and recommendations. The inspection report was provided the very next day and included a picture and/or write-up for every issue. Creating the repair list was also incredibly easy. Highly recommended!
