I rented a truck storage unit at Dallas RV Parking & Storage. After notifying their office that I no longer needed the unit, I received multiple written confirmations that my move-out was scheduled and later officially processed (screenshot attached). Despite this, they continued to bill my account even after my move-out, forcing me to contact my bank to stop unauthorized charges. I made a contract online to park my rv and was given a gate code. 3 weeks later I still can't gain access and no answer at all on email or phone number. Stay away!

I highly recommend Dallas RV Parking and Storage. Martin and his team are very friendly and professional. We had a hard time finding a storage facility for our trailer, but this facility has exceeded our expectations in comparison to any other storage companies/facilities we have used in the past!
