Dallas Roadster (worst dealership and lemon cars) Ben Hafez-Amini and also Ben K are both liars and dealership sells lemons. I bought this 2008 Jeep wrangler from Dallas Roadster at around 110,000 miles in February 2015. I drove my 2008 Jeep and my first engine that blew up was at 111,648. Dallas Roadster replaced my motor with a used motor and I got my jeep back 45 days after I had given the jeep to them with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty from Ben K. I got the Jeep back on 6/10/2015 with a bill of $2,620.00. I paid $300 o... read more

Shadiest Car dealer in Dallas Area – This place is a scam and a fraud. The salesmen are rude and they are all smiles until they get your cash. Then it?s all harassment and games. The automobiles are broken down junk- shiny on the outside, broken on the inside. My vehicle had 12 issues the first month. 99% of the positive reviews online are from their employees. Head the warnings- Stay away from these scammers.

Dallas Roadster is a LEMON SELLER!!! – Dont buy a vehicle from these shady people!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I bought a Mercedes had a list of issues that I gave to the salesman & he stated they would fix it after I bought the vehicle. Being a single parent in a bad spot & trusting of their BBB sign in the window, I purchased the car. I kept calling the dealership to get the vehicle fixed, now they have no idea what I am talking about. 2 months later, the car fell on its shocks & Dallas Roadster not only blames me but wants me to p... read more

2004 minicooper I bought a mini and noticed an oil leak under the car. it was the hoses for the power steering. i asked the dealer ,if I buy the parts , will they put them on for me for free? (they did). so, I purchased the vehicle and am quite satisfied with their end of the bargain. but I did have to replace the brakes on it as well. which I did myself. I knew i was buying a used car, so I feel I got what I paid for

Dallas Roadster and my 2008 750Li I purchased a 2008 750Li from Dallas Roadster just the other day. Unlike so many other experiences at the "used car dealer," this one was a joy to work with. They did not engage in any of those pressure tactics, very friendly, very helpful, made sure a number of minor repairs were properly done on the car - BMW window shades. Very good financing. I can't say enough about these guys. By the way, the 750 is unbelievable. Great car. I will be back.

The whole "staff" (it's really the owners and a cousin) are all smiles until they get your money. As soon as the car is returned for repairs they become nasty, threatening criminals. I bought a 2009 Lexus that they did the oil change improperly before sending it out. Two days later the motor blew and they refused responsibility even claiming I did it purposely. They made numerous calls to my home and cell phone. All included death threats if I complain to the BBB. Avoid these guys at all cost!!!! It's all smiles until the do... read more

Terrible Experience Drove 250 miles to purchase a BMW M3 from Dallas Roadster, however there were several problems with the vehicle (defect with tire sensor system, missing manual, service history, sat nav dvd, tire compressor, and car was overdue an oil change). Dealer refused to rectify all of these issues prior to purchase, suggested I buy the vehicle anyway and battle BMW to fix sensors under warranty, download a manual from ebay etc... Really? Spend over $50k on a broken vehicle? When I suggested they rectify the proble... read more
