Back in 2020, I came to Dr. Pandya for a detached retina. I had just lost my husband in a tragic accident, but Dr. P and his staff were so kind and compassionate. They helped me through every step of the way in an otherwise disconcerting and uncertain time for me. I must have missed it but I did not realize the 50.00 deposit I made a month ago was only to hold my place on the schedule and if you needed to cancel well in advance of the scheduled appointment it is non-refundable. Just letting patients know to listen more carefully when making an new patient appointment. My complete misunderstanding of the transaction. When I had sudden floaters and vision problems Dr. Pandya got me in the next day and gave a diagnosis and plan with clear options. He assured me when I was afraid I was going to go blind. I’ve seen him for my follow up now and his staff really got me in quickly. Dr. Pandya answered any questions I had with clear and straightforward answers that help my family members understand what’s going on. Strongly recommend him.
