I've been waiting on an appointment from Pain Management for 2 weeks...my provider sent 3 referrals and once I spoke with someone, I gave my information to a young lady named Amelia. First the accused me of not having insurance, then left a message on my phone stating they couldn't help me because they didn't take cash! My insurance is listed on their website. I had a lumbar fusion in March and was referred to this location from my surgeon. Now 12 weeks later, I am able to begin my physical therapy. My pain level is pretty significant and I've communicated this to Dr. Michaels. He canceled my appointment due to him being in procedures and refused to fill my medication until another doctor could see me, which would be 7 days after my prescription has run out.
