Terrible experience. I had a man who didn’t clip my nails even, didn’t clean under my nails and got nail polish all over my fingertips. Gave me the most pathetic “massage” on my hands and arms. 1/10 will never go back. The women who did my toe did an okay job.
Love this place! Randy and Richard are the best! I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff and management are warm, welcoming, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and has a great atmosphere. Absolutely love this place! I had such a great experience with Randy! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, professional, and welcoming. Randy took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and paid attention to every detail throughout the service. He recommended Gel X and I absolutely love it! The shaping, cuticle work, and polish application were flawless. My nails turned out even better than the inspiration photo I showed. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone skilled, patient, and creative.
The people at the front were nice but when I go to the nail tech and let her know that I wanted a nail polish french tip she said it can't be done and that I would have to do gel or powder. I asked if anything else can be done and she said no. I asked why she couldn't paint the french tip and she got angry and said why are you asking why. It can't be done! I went to another salon and they advised why it can't be done then gave me advice to just paint one color and get a manicure. I did just that and it came out really pretty... read more
