No, worst customer service and apparently can’t be professional
Apparently this company calls their customers morons and even further exacerbated their malicious behavior on their own Facebook feed. Wow?!?!?
I do not recommend anyone use this company. When attempting to obtain a quote, I was called a moron and completely disrespected for simply stating a competitors price. I wish I could attach a picture of the text strand. This by far is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a company. Period. The tech was a complete idiot. I paid $189 to have my windshield replaced, and he destroyed the body surrounding the windshield on all four sides. I just got three different estimates for the repairs: the LOWEST was $1130. The company refuses to pay. The supervisor, Andrew Ode has been incredibly rude and unprofessional about the entire thing. I am currently filling a suit against them. Very friendly people and they were able to get it done within less than 24hrs! It was helpful to be able to text customer service. Carrie did the instillation and was super helpful.
This company gives a discount to people that will give a favorable review. ...Sounds like a payoff to me... I used Mobile Glass to repair a chip in my windshield. I spoke to Kristen and she was very professional and informative. She asked me about the size, and explained that it is not always possible that the chip will be completely gone, but that it would keep it from breaking further, and made sure I was OK with that before sending someone out. My windshield got smashed on the freeway today and Dallas mobile glass came out same day just a few hours later and got me back on the road thinks Chris and to the guy that did the installation
