Same problem. Never can speak with nurse nor receptionist. Been trying for 4 months to get an appointment with no help. I always get answering service who says they relay the message. After a week week tried again same issue. Still no return calls. Im done with this group
I tried calling to get schedule availability for the doctor and was treated in a VERY RUDE manner for absolutely no reason. The woman who answered the phone had an immediate bad attitude when I asked the question about appointment availability. She said "Not right now" with a sharp tone in her voice then she hung up the phone without giving me a chance to speak and get more clarity about the appointment schedule.
