Management in 5th floor dept: The doctors and nurses who attended my mom while she was recovering from surgery did a HORRIBLE job! Their level of care was not professional at all,unacceptable, nor did they show knowledge of what they were doing. Never did they show any concern about my mom's recovery. We always had to ask for what she needed... Even small things like water, or towels, etc. we had to ask that they come clean the room since it had been two days since the last time it was cleaned. The nursing staff were great. The doctor was rude. He just isn't friendly at all.
The level of care was above and beyond. The staff was amazing with their courtesy and the doctors were amazing with all the after surgery care. Loved it

Dr brown in er is horrible and needs to be fired before he kills someone
