Pete did a very thorough and professional inspection for our new home purchase. He turned around the report very quickly and caught things both my partner and i had missed during our walk through of the property. We highly recommend Pete!
Pete from Dallas Inspect was able to perform a thorough home inspection for us and he did an amazing job. We got the inspection report the next day. He reviewed the report with us and answered all of our questions. The report was detailed with a lot of photos, particularly those showing areas of concern. Pete explained which areas were critical and what next steps should be. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Dallas Inspect.
Pete from Dallas Inspect provided both a pre-sale inspection of our existing home and he also inspected a house we were looking to purchase. He did an excellent job on both inspections.
