This is great hospital my dad is now on ICU and the staff and doctors are the best me and my family we are thankful that he is in great hands.
They seem to be better on the equipment and procedures. And Dr. Bhushan is WONDERFUL! The staff on the oncology floor however have been very DISAPPOINTING! There have been a handful of careing soles, but we are getting more angry by the hr/day!
At Medical city, now. People are nice. Got back to the room very quickly. We have been waiting for 2 hours to get the labs back to see if my daughter has an infection in her knee. Then we will have to wait who knows how long for the doctor to possibly show up. The wait time to get into a room is very short. But the rest of the service when someone is in pain takes forever. 2 rounds of morphine and the pain is still there. We have been here since 11 a.m. and no resolution.
