I love the staff. Very professional and treat me like family. Makes for a comfortable place for treatment and recovery.
Brought my son here at about 10:00 pm one night and didn't leave until 3:00 am the next morning. Upon arrival my son vomited in the eR waiting room and after I told the staff about it they said someone would come and clean it. An hour and a half went by and it was still on the floor, there wasn't even a caution cone or anything placed by it. I was expecting more from this place especially as it is a for profit. Staff was rude to top it off. Needless to say I won't be returning.
Knowledge helpful efficient nurses, techs and doctors. Receptionist in the ER Saturday night was less than friendly and obviously under qualified. Overall great service from the "professional" staff.
I just had our second daughter a medical city and cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff! My doctors were excellent but the nurses were beyond caring… always attentive every step of the way!
They don't know what they are doing my daughter and law been in here a week n they don't know what is wrong
Came from Pearland TX to visit a dear friend. The staff was so accommodating to my sister and I. They were friendly, professional and very kind to our friend who is dealing with her cancer diagnosis. Made me very comfortable and I felt at ease watching the interaction between patient and nurse / doctor and cleaning staff. It was all about her and her treatment and comfort. Everyone was sooo nice, efficient and caring. Very nice Earlier this week had more tests/procedures in different bldg. They were same. I didn't give it a love - cause who loves going to the hospital?
The doctors are definitely good doctors the whole hospital is very nice looking and clean
My staff (Christina, robin, Amanda, Dayana, and Kim) have all be the most amazing nurses I've ever had the pleasure to get taken care of by and I've been in a ton of hospitals! Thanks for y'all hard work at making me feel as comfortable as I can. To my awesome doctor Dr. Munoz; you sir are one of the nicest most caring doctors I've ever come in contact with and I'm so happy you were the doctor that has taken care of me.
