If I could give a 0 rating I would. In 2010 my husband had been hospitalized for respiratory issues and had to be intubated. On Dec. 16. His Dr. Decided that it was time for him to extubated, I watched as this was done, he started struggling to breathe. The RN or respiratory therapist did not know what to do. Don't come here with chest pains.... I've been here over 4.5 hours and still not in a room.... come here with a little cough or wrap around your ankle and they put you right in.
Staff is sooooo god here! They are the most compassionate group of people.
We often are quick to post ridiculous annoying things that happen at hospitals. Nothing is always perfect. Appreciate having a wonderful facility to take your love ones or your self too. You could be living in a country where there is little to no access yet some people complain about irrelevant inconveniences. Overall my encounters with Medical City have been heroic measures that allowed me take another breathe, see another day, and enjoy the rest of life. I checked with the desk in Bldg. A to see if my paper parking dollars were good or did I need to trade them in. I was told they were still good and I could use them. Today I parked in the garage and upon exiting was told by the female clerk "We don't take those, my boss told me not to accept those? I gather the parking garage management doesn't recognize they are a crucial part of the customer experience. Paying is one of the last things people do. New L&D is great! Nurses in L&D are top notch, especially Pam. Post P stay was great. Evie, night nurse was so helpful. Wonderful experience highly recommended.
Was not treated right was not taken care of for the staff never help me with anything like bathing and washing or anyting
