I just visited the Grapevine store- I was nervous figuring this would be a hassle. I brought in some old gold and silver pieces that didnt have much emotional value attached. I just wanted a quote ( I had no idea since they had been with me so long).I was shocked and surprised by what I thought was real and what was actually worth a pretty *****. I contacted the business, through their website, offering my moissanite diamond. The representative, who replied through text from the online submitted, said that they accepted artificial diamond, and I was hoping it would be worth something.As someone who hasn't got their license yet, I Ubered to the ********************** location, and two of the appraisers, which involved ***, who was an appraiser recommended by the text "representative", said they didn't accept moissanite and/or artificial diamonds.Drove 22 miles, all fo... read more

I visited the Grapevine store and spoke with Denise. Being the first time to purchase G&S I had a few questions. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Amazing and honest company! I highly recommend the Euless store. Another local gold/silver place told me my wedding ring had broken prongs and wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace. This store said they were perfect and strong. No cost and they even cleaned it at no cost. GO HERE INSTEAD!

I went to the Garland location to sell some gold coins. The gentleman I spoke with is named Dayan. He was very personable and professional. Along with that he also was knowledgable on the transaction that we agreed on. Its nice to know that this business employs great people such as him!
