1 star for customer service. I got a handful of great haircuts from Abdul, but unfortunately my most recent and last experience was deplorable. After agreeing on the haircut for my visit, the end result was not quite what I was expecting. When I gave Abdul this feedback, he seemed to be upset. Unwilling to find an immediate solution (I still had 15-20 minutes in my allotted appointment), he offered to book me another appointment with his barber the next day.
