From my initial call to the (Plano) location to my arrival the clinics, both the front desk and back office were welcoming and helpful. I was nervous upon booking my apt but was provided assurance and clear directions prior to me apt and during the apt Dr. Chae-Kim was calm and kind while reviewing my results. I came to Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates from a close friends referral after trying to get pregnant for over a year and having a miscarriage.
