I’m so thankful to be able to work with Dr.Shannon and her team is such a vibe they are wonderful very sweet staff make you feel like family very welcoming.
From my initial call to the (Plano) location to my arrival the clinics, both the front desk and back office were welcoming and helpful. I was nervous upon booking my apt but was provided assurance and clear directions prior to me apt and during the apt Dr. Chae-Kim was calm and kind while reviewing my results. I came to Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates from a close friends referral after trying to get pregnant for over a year and having a miscarriage. Dr. Evans was so approachable, took her time with us to answer all of our questions, and ran thorough tests on both my husband and I to determine the best treatment for us. Although our infertility journey and experience with loss was not easy, Dallas Fort Worth Fertility Associates in Plano was a HUGE bright spot in the midst of it. I truly looked forward to every appointment there because the staff was so amazing. Karen, Vickie, and Barbara at the front desk are so wonderful, welcoming, and supportive.
