The flooring is fine but the installers did a poor job finishing the job. The installers told us that it's our responsibility to fix their mistakes. DFW Flooring Warehouse said they will hire someone to fix the errors but it's been 2 months and still nothing. There are still two threshold pieces missing. The baseboards are crooked, gapped, and in many places unfinished. In some places there is a 1" gap between the wood floors and the bottom of the baseboards.
