I recently moved to Texas from out of state and have been on ADHD medication for several years now. I was told by my primary care provider that because of state laws, I’d need to see a mental health provider to get my meds refilled. I made an appointment with Maria Camacho and detailed all of this info in the notes. My appointment rolled around and Ms. Camacho informed me that she wouldn’t be able to refill my meds either and that I’d need to go somewhere else to get an entirely new diagnosis. Maria Camacho is incredibly helpful! She is direct, honest, and empathetic. Maria has supported me for a very long time with her patience and care. She consistently takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them in a collaborative and thoughtful way. I appreciate how easily available and responsive she is whenever I need support. Totally recommend!
Maria Camacho was rude. I was overcharged four times to the tune of hundreds of dollars by this location! Staff was not professional when it came to returning calls. Maria Camacho didn’t have enough expertise compared to MDs. Also, Maria Camacho wasn’t on time to an appointment once, and Maria wasn’t compassionate and respectful in conversations.
Maria is exceptional in her ability to direct and manage care, address concerns for other family members, and share valuable insights.
Extraordinary service and flexible availability which is great!
