I use to love this place. Dr Linda Burke was great 10 years ago. I revisited and it cost me $220 to get an eye exam. They told me it would be less then hot me with, "we won't release your eye exam until you pay an additional $45". They told me they would work with me, not having insurance then hit me with their truth, that it's $175 to visit the doc and $45 to get the results. Just like all money grubbing businesses, get the money. Sad
Broke two pairs of glasses and they were able to fix one pair and give me a discount on the new pair Thank you !!
Love the staff on both sides! The techs were knowledgeable and polite. Dr. Burk is great definitely 10 out of 10. Went to the optical shop they had the BOGO sale and I was able to get my son 2 pairs of glasses for a great price. Thank you to Alexa at the optical shop for taking your time with us!
Came in to fill and glasses prescription, Lucy helped me out. She was very kind and patient helping me find frames and also explained what materia works best for me. It was an overall great experience, will recommend to friends and family.
