Service Department Lied to my Face – I was told I needed $1000 worth of repairs to replace 3 parts. I asked for the diagnostic codes in print. The codes pointed to only one part, which my husband bought for $14 and replaced himself. The codes cleared and my Jeep was fixed. Don't trust Dallas Dodge for repairs! They will lie and rip you off!!
Buyers Beware – I had a great sales experience, but beware, the options we agreed upon were not available on the car they sold me. They refused to own up to the switch. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and with Chryslers complaint dept. The GM did not care, the Manager did not care. I believe they were only interested in the larger profit they made from a cheaper car with less options. They gave me less and pocketed more for themselves.
Terrible Buying Experience – Had a terrible experience with Dallas Chrysler Dodge. Bought a very nice looking used car. The manual transmission failed the next day and i brought it in to the shop. I had purchased the extended warranty but I found out it is not worth the paper it is written on. Too late for me. Five days later picked the car up from service, got two miles and had to take it back for more service. Spoke to the sales manager and he could not have cared less.
