I am surprised to read all of the negative reviews on Dallas Dodge. My wife and I drove over an hour to buy a GMC Yukon from them. We have purchased a lot of vehicles, and I have to say, this was the best experience we have had. They gave us a great deal without much negotiating. Our salesman, Harry Sneed, was a really nice man and wasn't pushy in the least. Everyone from the owner of the dealership to the finance manager was great to work with and were extremely helpful. Bought a 2012 Compass there two years ago and had a great experience. Flash forward and I went in for a 2014 Journey. They told me they had found the one I wanted and brought it in from out of state. That took nearly a week. I gave them some slack on it because it had been a holiday weekend. When I went to look at it, someone had spilled something all down the driver's door. Buyer beware! Bought my Jeep from Dallas Dodge, while the sales man was helpful enough, I felt entirely rushed and overwhelmed during the finacing portion of the sale. Just a couple days after the purchase my brakes started to squeak and a transmission indicator light came on. The vehicle was suppose to have a pre-inspection but I guess they never looked at the transmission fluid or actually drove the vechile at high-way speed (65 mi/hr). I came in looking for a new truck. I took a couple test drives and the salesman, Harry Sneed, was extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy. Although they didn't have what I wanted on the lot, he actually listened to what I wanted and helped me get the truck I truly wanted. I have an 09 Ram 1500. 3 days ago I heard a loud knocking within the dash. I realized it's a door in the ductwork which controls where the air flows to. It's doing its own thing and air is coming out wherever it wants. I had a love/hate relationship with this dealerships service dept. I was told by a new service writer, "we have new management and a new way of doing things". I came back and was using them again for almost the past year until now. Service Department Lied to my Face-Do not trust!! – I was told I needed $1000 worth of repairs to replace 3 parts, 2 rear wheel sensors and the ABS module. I asked them to print the diagnostic codes for me to see. The codes pointed to only the left rear wheel sensor, which my husband bought for $14 and replaced himself. The codes cleared and my Jeep was fixed. Don't trust Dallas Dodge for repairs!
