Dr. Agarwal is attentive, caring, and specific in how he’s treated me as a patient. He is clear in his diagnosis and directions. Every question of mine gets answered. I couldn’t ask for a better dermatologist and highly recommend him to everyone
The staff and Dr. Agrawal were very courteous and attentive to our questions. Everything was explained to us. We never felt rushed Our overall experience was excellent.
I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The doctor refused to treat me simply because my English is not good. I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. This is a clear case of racial and language discrimination. As a patient, I came for help with my skin condition, not to be judged by how well I speak English. I was treated unfairly just because I am Asian and have limited English skills. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. Dr. Agrawal has removed skin cancer from me twice and has done an excellent job both times. His staff is very friendly and the service is prompt.
