Do not use . Use someone who will assist you . They do not call you back and they use outsource people from the Phillipines. Horrible law office .
I went to Jaffer attorneys after 5 years of fighting with the credit bureaus on my own and through other credit repair lawyers who never accomplished anything. Jaffer and attorneys got the fraudulent loan off of my credit report shortly into working together. They then assisted me through the settlement process and were so helpful every step of the way. I was happy with my settlement and so grateful for their persistence and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
I hired this firm for a settlement case. While they did win after about a year, I was never clearly informed that I’d be taxed on the entire settlement — not just the portion I actually received. I ended up with 50% of the total amount after their fees, but I’m now responsible for taxes on the full amount. This has left me in significant debt and financial stress.
