Poor customer service. Rude staff.
I returned at 12:35, completed the paperwork and it’s now 1:50 and they just called one person. Surely it doesn’t take that long to give a shot. I can hear the staff in the back justa talking….maybe that’s why they can’t get any thing done. 9/5/25
Poor customer service. Rude and uneducated staff. They know they're incompetent and then get upset when you call them out on it.
The customer service for our college students was refreshing and professional.
Waiting outside in the heat no seating is ridiculous. Waited 3 hours for one walkin to be called
