RecommendedWent to ER 3-15 and tested positive for influenza A, treated, giving scripts and discharged. Since they are somewhat affiliated with Mercy Hospital of Des Moines, they had access to my records. Best part is I received a follow up call this morning 3-16 from the ER department, asking how I was treated, how I was doing and if I had fill my scripts and taking the meds as prescribed. I've never had a hospital do a follow up call the next day after discharge.
Im currently here with my wife and she got diagnosed with the flu... theres some type of vaccine to “heal it 24 hrs earlier” (Tami shot)but they don’t have it so there sending us to Des Moines. Her blood pressure was 172/114!!! when we came in so asked the Dr about that before being released, and he said can’t deal with that because shes pregnant. I would recommend them for their services but today, I wouldn't recommend them because there were no parking places for their patients! You have to be able to park to get the services!
Dallas county hospital was absolutely amazing to my grandpa. The staff was so caring and supportive to our family.
HATE IT!!!!!! DAUGHTER WAS HOSPITALISED THERE!!! LAST WEDNESDAY!!! FUNNY HOW THEY WERE MORE WORRY TO GIVE ME HOSPITAL BILL THEN WORRIED ABOUT MY DAUGHTER!!! DOCTOR OR STAFF DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING.... My dad had to come to the E.R due to a bad fall. The team at Dallas County hospital were amazing!! I called a head and Josh and Myra had all my dads paper work ready to go. Dr. Huante is an amazing very caring doctor. Laura my dads nurse was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Huante right away got my dad scheduled for xrays and labs. Holly in radiology and Natalie in Lab were terrific and so kind. I feel very blessed to have Dallas county hospital here in our community. The hospital offers so many services. Thank you����
