I was recommended to this place to inquire about repairing my wicker peacock chair. Upon speaking with Bill, he asked me to send some pictures of the chair to him for an estimate. I immediately did so upon his request and positive feedback over the phone. I never received a text back, nor did I receive any further communication from Bill after our conversation over the phone. These folks had my chairs for almost 6 months. Did very little work to them. Returned them maybe 30% finished and overcharged for the work that was done. Misrepresented the status of the job completion. Unreliable do not use.
