I bought a Cadillac SRX, a few years ago at East Dallas, and it is a great car. The owner is great. The mechanics are excellent. I have had a couple of things, through the years, that needed help. They always address my concerns but only do what they find to be necessary and do a great job of doing it well. Great communication and customer service. By the way, my husband has bought cars from East Dallas, as well. Great to find a local business that I use over the years and can highly recommend.

No good scammers. Took my car here to replace a suspension strut after an accident, they not only took forever with my car, but whenever they were eventually done, they had put the completely wrong strut from who knows where and when I told them, they said I was wrong and I don't know what I'm talking about. I took it to a different mechanic who clearly showed me it was wrong (my car has struts with four bolts at the top, they put one in with only three).
