New patients always tend to take more time, and since I was a new patient last week I tried to be on time and have my list of skin problems ready. I felt very taken care of from the first phone call to walking out of the office. Dr. Scott is very nice and she answered all my questions and treated a couple of of my concern spots. I feel she’s a really good doctor and cares about her patients. The front office staff is very adept and understood my insurance. This dr saw my sister in law and had a terrible experience. Waiting an hour to see dr the doctor came in fast and just quickly saw her hands, was informed of what medications she was taken and etc. Didn't ask questions of how long she's had this, when did it start, what she's been eating.....nothing. when ask what kind of eczema she has the doctor responded generally "its eczema and it won't ever go away.
