I went to them to have a custom engagement ring made that contained some family gold and Ken was super helpful and created the exact ring I was looking for. We also came back to have our custom wedding bands made. Top notch service, I would recommend for anyone in the market for engagement rings, wedding bands, and anything custom.
I got my wedding band custom made by Ken and I could not have been happier on how it turned out. I had an idea of what I wanted and Ken designed it, sent digital pictures of what it would look like. We then made some changes to perfect it. I then went in and tried on a plastic version of the ring, to confirm size and shape. After approval Ken made it come to life. I cannot say enough good things about this store! I called them to get my engagement ring repaired, as the claws wore out and the diamond fell off. Thankfully, we found the diamond. I brought it in and explained the sentimentality of my ring which has not been off my finger since my husband proposed thirty-three and a half years ago.
