I have found them to be completely dishonest. Even after always paying rent on time and getting the property rented before moving out, they still wouldn't give me a reference because their secretary discriminates against minorities and military personnel and had a personal vendetta against me. They also took their time returning my friends deposit. STAY AWAY! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!!! USAF VETERAN and disgusted customer

9/4/13 3:30 PM. During the phone conversation Gene and I had I requested he let me simply finish talking, no, I continued to get interrupted in the rudest way I HAD to hang up the phone. He stated he does not do e-mail. Show some decency and respect to people. You cannot even hold a conversation in a mature way, I refuse to talk to people who act like children. I found this company to be dishonest after renting from Dall Property Management for 13+ years. I had to file a small claims and was awarded my security deposit back as well as the frivilous invoice for unproven damages was tossed out by the judge. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything!
