Dalis' bridal couture treated my sister (the bride to be), as well as myself, like we were more than just another sale...the ladies there were considerate and mindful of her budget and sensitive to her wishes for the desired details on her dress. We had a very memorable and professional experience and I cherish the fact that I got to share it with her�
This was by far the worst experience on finding a dress for me ever. I did not receive a greeting when I walked in. The first question asked was "what is your budget!?" I was told that I was not able to try on a dress because the one I liked was over my budget. Truly the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I literally walked out.

Hello Ashley, when you came in last Saturday with your entourage twenty minutes before our closing time and you didn't have an appointment, we could accommodate you then! It had nothing to do with your budget as we didn't know your budget! We work with appointment to give our brides a personal experience we believe they deserved! So far, I've had one bridal appointment and will be setting up a second soon. My experience so far with this lovely shop has been very positive. The shopkeep is very kind and was very attentive and helpful to any and all questions we had. The selection for plus size women is actually expansive and comes in a variety of styles. As far as prices go, its a wedding dress, which is expected to be higher end, especially since all dresses are contoured.
