The rudest experience I've ever had. My fiance and I were out and thought we'd swing by just to look around. We don't live in the area, so it was spur of the moment; I wanted to get an idea of his tastes and thought why not? A lady walked up, asked when our wedding date was, said she was the only one there and then said we should make an appointment since they only work off of appointments.
