I watched someone driving one of your vans pretty much cut this person off and they swerved so you wouldnt hit them merging onto the highway and riding down the brake down lane to get through the traffic right before exit 33. If this is how you act on the highway I can only imagine how act with customers.

I’ve never actually used this service but wouldn’t consider based on the gentleman road raging in the company van and nearly causing accidents all the way from the Boston airport through the freeway. Actions like these are usually reflective of the service you’ll get.

This review is for their professionalism, not their HVAC work. Earlier this month I needed to donate some cat food to the animal shelter, and my son who recently got his license offered to drop it off for me. On the way there he was aggressively tailgated, honked at, and flipped off by one of their workers over the course of ~8 minutes. After reviewing the videos myself, the only thing I saw that could have brought this behavior on was my son driving at the posted speed limit.
